From toll-free voice portals in the early 2000s, to high-resolution NLU call routers for Fortune 500s in the mid 2000s, to multi-modal troubleshooters, to designing the core interactions for “Jibo,” the world’s first mass-market social robot, to designing experiences on smart speakers, Peter remains devoted to building conversational experiences in a way that humanizes technology and ennobles people.
