Chris Brown is an award-winning strategist that brings over 11 years of digital strategy and design expertise to the field of conversational AI. He was one of the original members of the Snaps team, where he helped build one of the most comprehensive SaaS platforms for chatbots and conversational AI experiences for fortune 100 companies as the VP of Strategy.
In this role, he worked directly with clients like Nike, Michael Kors, Footlocker, American Family Insurance and many others to: define objectives and KPIs, design the conversational experiences, build and deploy those experiences, and finally measure and optimize those experiences once in-market. Chris is now a Chatbot Strategy Specialist at Columbia Sportswear.
Chris has built chatbot experiences on endpoints such as: websites, native apps, Facebook Messenger, Slack, Skype, Kik, Twitter, Alexa and Google Assistant. He also recently graduated from an AI course at MIT named Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy.
