Celene has been designing conversational interfaces using emerging technologies like chatbots, AI, natural language, and machine learning for top clients in the Fiserv, Telco, Travel, Retail, and Education space for over 13 years.  Throughout those years, she has led the deployment of over 500 chatbot implementations in these industries. With a background in psychology and HCI, she currently leads a team of conversational designers in Toronto, Ontario that seeks to design the most innovative and ground-breaking chatbots in the industry.
