Sumeet Jain is a Founding Partner of 7 Global Capita, a new cross border growth fund focused on helping US category leading tech companies expand commercially in the EU market. Previously he was a co-founder and General Partner with LUMA Capital partners. Prior to that he was with Intel Capital in its Digital Media group, a partner at CMEA Capital and a technology investment banker at Goldman Sachs. He also was with two startup companies, Personify and iManage.
Ben serves as Principal at Ridge Ventures. He co-founded and scaled WP Engine, a successful SaaS startup with $100m+ revenues, $275m+ in capital raised and almost 600 employees. Ben also created and ran Uber's Public Policy Innovation team, 'Revolution', which built campaigning and civic engagement tools, along with public good projects such as accessibility improvements for deaf and hard of hearing drivers. Prior to these endeavors, Ben was the Director of Engineering for Platform at MySpace, where he helped lead the social network's API and development platform. He held a similar role at the BBC and was also an early member of the BBC's news website technical team.

Joanne’s passion for technology developed early, when her mathematician dad and computer scientist mom taught her how to program. By the time she was nine years old, she had turned her skills into a business and made her first webpage for a client.
Joanne began her career as an engineer at Cisco Systems and later co-founded a mobile gaming company. She also spent many years working on Wall Street at Jefferies & Company, helping tech companies go through the IPO and M&A processes, and at Probitas Partners, advising venture firms on their own fundraising process. She was an angel investor for two years at Hyde Park Angels prior to joining Foundation in 2014. Joanne has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
