Bots, AI & Technology - Where are we now, and what can we expect?

AI is a concept dating back to the 50s, but the hype surrounding AI has only seemed to escalate in recent years— and it doesn't plan to slow down any time soon. Giant IT firm Gartner estimates that 55% of companies will have a chatbot in operation by the year 2020, with bots operating as a key part across business and at home for families, opening up an attractive market for players to develop innovative new AI and bot technologies. But what we can expect from these emerging technologies in the coming years? Hear from this group of investors and industry experts as they explore the current state of AI, discuss the current trends in chat and voicebots and their predictions for where this technology is headed, and share their perspectives on what qualities investors look for in an AI or bot startup.
