This is the generation that grew up during the rise of Facebook, Netflix, and Amazon - AKA Gen Z -  busy navigating their digital lives. They expect brands to adapt and make themselves available 365/24/7. They trust technology, sometimes more than they trust people, and half of them spend more than 3 hours per day texting around.

Marriott International and Five launched MC Chatbot  - the hospitality industry’s first virtual assistant for job seekers that’s powered by data and specialized algorithms. Marriott International launched the bot to create a more personalized and faster job search experience.

GenZers don’t open papers or browse websites every day to search for jobs. They want to ask a simple question: are there any jobs for me out there? MC chatbot “converses” with job seekers, guides them to apply for open jobs based on discipline and location, and provides education on the company culture and values. Worldwide. Anytime.
